At Cortez Cozy Inn, every guest is both important and special to us. Please read our hotel policies. Check-In / Check Out
Check-Out Time: 11 AM
Minimum Check-In Age: 21
We have a 24/7 concierge service on-site, if you are arriving late or without a reservation please ring the bell at the front desk for assistance.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hours, need to shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for all reservation fees. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Pet-Friendly Rooms
Pets are allowed in designated rooms for a $5 dollar charge per pet. Please claim your pet, any pet not claimed will be charged an extra $25 per pet.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our guest rooms, however, we allow outdoor smoking with room door closed.
Parking
On-site parking is available for both average and large-sized vehicles.
